A: Designly Pro creates doodle-educating videos. Other than the motion of the hand, these videos do not have any action. For instance, you won’t see characters walk, run, or jump. Animately Pro creates cartoon explainer videos. Default characters have many actions they can do like walk, run, jump, etc.
A: To cancel your 14-day trial, please access your customer center. [Instructions] Sign in using the same email you use to make your purchase.
A: If you are within the 30-day refund period, we will be happy to provide you with a refund. Please reach out to support and include a copy of your purchase receipt.

A: There is no limit to how many videos you can create in Designly Pro.
A: Yes, the auto-save feature is located under the settings option at the bottom left-hand side of the interface when working on a project.
A: Yes, you can utilize the free templates we offer based on your account access level (Standard or Enterprise). Templates are available in your Designly Pro dashboard.
A: We currently do not have a mobile or tablet app for Designly Pro.
A: Yes, for our purposes, the user owns the work product and content the user creates using our software.
We retain the rights to the software and the images, sounds, and other creative elements that we provide for you to use in connection with the software, and those are licensed to you in accordance with the Terms Of Sale Agreement.
The works you create using these elements and our software are yours, as between you and us. We do not re-use, distribute, or commercialize your work product.
The user is responsible for ensuring the user has all the necessary rights to the content the user creates or adds to the work product and that the user's work does not violate the rights of third parties.

A: Designly Pro's membership includes proprietary rights to designs, graphics, and doodle videos created using our software.
As long as you are a Desingly Pro member, the images provided are royalty-free for you to use within the software, however, the pre-loaded components are not available for download or use outside of Designly Pro.
A: At this time, Designly Pro is only compatible with .mp3 files. File types like .m4a or .bmp may cause export issues, so we recommend converting to .mp3 for best results.
Note: Designly Pro is not able to support .wav, .m4a, or .bmp files. To optimize upload time and responsiveness, we recommend using audio files that are less than 10MB in size.
A: Yes! You can download Designly Pro on as many compatible devices as you like! All your projects are stored in the Designly Pro cloud & linked to your individual account, so as long as you have your login information, there are no limits on how many devices you can use.
Note: Please close Designly Pro before opening on another device to prevent sync/save errors.
A: During the installation process, the "update.exe" file may trigger an anti-virus alert on certain devices. However, your computer is only alerting you as a precaution due to the built-in update feature available through your internet connection.
You can verify that the update comes directly from us and please rest assured - the Designly Pro application is definitely not a virus, spyware, or malware. This software update was designed to provide you with a better app experience as we frequently expand Designly Pro's capabilities through new tools and features!
The best way to resolve this would be to teach your Anti-Virus Software that the Designly Pro is safe. You can add Designly Pro to the Exclusion filter inside the Anti-Virus Software itself to be sure the software is recognized as part of the Anti-Virus's Trusted Zone.

A: Absolutely! When you navigate to the characters' Animation Settings you will see the option to Change Colors. Learn more here.
A: It's important to note that Animately Pro is not a video editing tool. If you intend to add another video to your project, we suggest that you export your Animately Pro video first and use a third-party video editor to merge your videos.
A: To export your completed content, go to the Export tab at the top left-hand side of the Animately Pro interface. There you will be presented with several export options: Resolution, Quality, and Format.
A: We encourage our users to create their own concepts for a more effective and unique video approach based on their personal tastes and needs. We also have sample videos on-site at https://www.animatelypro.com/. You can also check out our video tutorials to guide you in creating your own projects.
A: As of now, we do not support video importing into the software directly. As a workaround, you can use a separate video editing software like Windows Movie Maker to combine your exported project with another video. You can also convert the video clip into a GIF and insert it into the project as a moving image.
A: As of now, we do not support character or image customization within the app. You can however upload your own images or characters to use for free. Please be advised that we do not support animation for custom-imported images beyond the basic panning and rotate movement animation.
In the meantime, we recommend uploading animated gifs that you've created/downloaded outside of Animately Pro. When added to your project, the gif frames will play together with your scene. Please use gif images that are less than 1MB in size.
